This six-lesson series is designed to improve the flexibility of the neck and shoulders by connecting the movements of the spine, the pelvis and the ribs to the neck and shoulders.

 

It shows the body how to let go of tension in the shoulder blades and the neck.

 

Also included are Five-Minute Feldies for each lesson. They are short video lessons that you can do in five to ten minutes to reinforce the longer lessons.

 

  • Easier Sitting -- will improve any movement in the spine that causes you discomfort, especially if you sit a lot.
  • Finding Your Shoulder Blades  -- frees up the shoulder blades and releases tension in the shoulder joints.
  • Bending and Reaching -- prevents injury to your shoulders when reaching.
  • Rolling the Head Between Your Hands -- releases the neck muscles and reduces tension in whole self.
  • Candelabra Arms and Spinal Chain -- integrates the movement of the spine and the shoulders and relieves discomfort in the neck and shoulders
  • Balancing Books on Your Hands -- integrates the movement of the shoulders with all other movement, which is essential for easier upright movement.
