This series of  six audio lessons is a smattering of the Feldenkrais Method designed to improve your ability to move with your whole self from head to toe.

 

It includes lessons for improved movement in the hips and pelvis, the neck and shoulders and the spine. And, we will integrate these improvements for better balance and easier sitting and walking.

 

This series of audio lessons is great for balance and stability as well as the coordination of the movement of the shoulders and the pelvis, which benefits all upright movement.

 

Also included are Five-Minute Feldies for each lesson. They are short video lessons that you can do in five to ten minutes to reinforce the longer lessons.

 

  • Coordinating the Hands and Feet -- Connects the movements of the hands with the movements of the feet and everything in between.
  • Cat and Cow Unleashed -- Brings awareness and flexibility to the spine using the movements of flexing and arching in different positions.
  • Shoulderness -- Explores how connected the movement of the shoulder and hip are to other parts of the body. The shoulder is not going anywhere without the elbow.
  • Some Fundamental Properties of Movement -- Lets us feel our skeleton through which we channel gravity.
  • Flexible Ribs -- explores how the flexibility of the ribs is essential for coordinating the movement of the pelvis and the shoulders.
  • Rolling by Reaching -- takes the simple movement of reaching with our hand and integrates it into the movements of the whole body.
